I created a new and worthwhile idea. My idea is to create a Digital Professional Learning Community that integrates the 21st Century Skills for teachers, coaches, administrators, curriculum developers, and anyone else who is involved in a learning community. The idea is to create a hub for connected educators that could be used as professional development and in conjunction with professional learning communities at school site and within districts.
